How to Load your Bulk Gun:
STEP 1:
Preparing the gun: Using a razor knife or sheet metal snips, cut 3/8” off the end of the nozzle.
When your nozzel is properly cut and placed, pull the back plunger 2-5 times to lubricate the barrel to allow for smoother extraction of the noiseproofing compound. |
STEP 2:
With the recoil plunger pushed down against the recoil thumb plate, submerge the orange cone nozzle cap about half-way into the Green Glue. It is not necesssary for the barrel of the gun to come in contact with the glue solution. |
STEP 3:
Press the recoil plate down while holding the gun firmly in your hands and pull back on the plunger. Once the plunger stops, your gun is full and contains approximately one tube (29 oz) of Green Glue Compound. Pull the trigger to dipense Green Glue and start soundproofing your panels.

Tips for Maintaining your Bulk Gun:
- Do not allow Green Glue Compound to dry in gun.
- If you are stopping to work for more than 25 minutes fill and dispense gun with water a couple of times. Then fill gun with water and leave with nozzle submerged in a 5 gallon bucket of water.
- When you are done working, the gun can be unscrewed, cleaned and reassembled.
- You can apply a lubricant, such as WD-40 to keep gun running smoothly. Lubricant can also be applied during use.
