Please Note, below is our General Return Policy.
- Most merchandise can be returned within 60 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging. See exceptions below.
- All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery.
If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call a Customer Care Specialist at 1-845-388-1200 to report damages.
- In the event of a return, please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA number. No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
- A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
- A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
- Exceptions to Return Policy:
- Only complete Boxes / Cases will be accepted for returns. Half cases cannot be returned.
- Our Fast & Easy Products Line can be returned up to 60 days for a full refund with no restocking fee
- All Door Hardware that is not included in our Fast & Easy Products Line is custom cut and are therefore NOT returnable. .
- All Sonex Brand material have a 20% restocking fee if returned or 10% when exchanged.
- Mass Loaded Vinyl (including Carpet Underlayment) - any size roll, will have a 20% restocking fee.
- Full cases of Green Glue and Whisper Clips are returnable within 60 days.
- Return Shipping is customers responsibilty.
- On orders that shipped free we may deduct our cost of shipping on all returns.
- Please check individual product pages' "Shipping & Return" policies tab for specific information of each product.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return should we determine that our policies are being abused.
