Proper sealing of your door frames is a must in any serious soundproofing project, as sound waves can easily penetrate through small gaps around your door. This highly professional heavy duty gasket is used in many recording studios and other high end projects. It is also the gasket of choice for acoustic door manufactures striving to maintain their STC rating in sound control tests.

This adjustable door gasket is ideal when seeking the ultimate seal for your door frame. Gasket is made of heavy duty material, and is sound, smoke, fire and pressure tested.

Available in two Anodized Finishes in standard stock sizes.

Sizing: Priced per set. Each set includes one 36" Header and two 84" Jambs.

Features:

• Size: Due to the size of this gasket the corners can be mitered and placed perpendicular for a true seal. Another great advantage is that this gasket can be applied as a door stop (and replace your stop molding) or onto an existing stop, we recommend using it as a door stop itself. As a stop molding it will run along the length of your door frame to the bottom of your door and will be compatible with an automatic soundproof door bottom.
• Adjustable Seal: As doors tend to shift and warp over time it is inevitable that eventually your gasket will lose its effectiveness and provide a compromised seal between the gasket and the door. This gasket can be easily adjusted with a simple twist of a screwdriver, allowing you to maintain a constant tight seal.
• Seal Material: Gasket is fitted with a solid neoprene bulb seal which compresses against the door to ensure an airtight seal. Seal is made of high quality material that will outlive frequent usage and stay flexible in all weather conditions. Additionally, for extra protection, the interior of the casing is filled with neoprene.
• Adjustment Screws: The adjustment screws on this gasket are drilled and tapped, not stripped, like other similar looking gaskets. This ensures years of use even when used as a door stop.

Installation screws provided. Screws are colored to blend unobtrusively with casing.
