Trademark Soundproofing Return Policy

     

Please Note, below is our General Return Policy.
As each of our products have different return guidelines, before completing your purchase, please review the Shipping and Return Tab on each product page for the specific Return Policy that applies to your required product.

     
  • Most merchandise can be returned within 60 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging. See exceptions below.
  • All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery.
    If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call a Customer Care Specialist at 1-845-388-1200 to report damages.
  • In the event of a return, please call or email us at shipping@tmsoundproofing.com to receive an RMA number. No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
  • A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
  • A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

  • Exceptions to Return Policy:
  • Only complete Boxes / Cases will be accepted for returns. Half cases cannot be returned.
  • Our Fast & Easy Products Line can be returned up to 60 days for a full refund with no restocking fee
  • All Door Hardware that is not included in our  Fast & Easy Products Line is custom cut and are therefore NOT returnable. .
  • All Sonex Brand material have a 20% restocking fee if returned or 10% when exchanged.
  • Mass Loaded Vinyl (including Carpet Underlayment) - any size roll, will have a 20% restocking fee.
  • Full cases of Green Glue and Whisper Clips are returnable within 60 days.
  • Return Shipping is customers responsibilty.
  • On orders that shipped free we may deduct our cost of shipping on all returns.
  • Please check individual product pages' "Shipping & Return" policies tab for specific information of each product.


  • We reserve the right to refuse any return should we determine that our policies are being abused.
