Trademark Soundproofing Return Policy
- Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging. See exceptions below.
- All damage and shortage claims should be made within 10 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call a Customer Care Specialist at 1-845-352-3200 to report damages.
- A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
- A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
- Exceptions to return policy:
- Most of our door hardware are custom cut and are not returnable. As a courtesy, it may be accpeted for return with prior authorization but will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- All Sonex brand material have a 30% restocking fee or 10% when being exchanged.
- Green glue and Clips are returnable within 60 days. No restocking charge.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return should we determine that our policies are being abused.
